Easy to talk to on first phone call. Upfront first call out fee paid. Some difficulty arranging first visit because the engineer assigned offered 4 hour window which was difficult with school run and only morning off for me to be available. Then that engineer went on holiday, then went ill. When another engineer then assigned all went quickly and smoothly.
